Gears of war ultimate edition still no codes

Hi I purchased and played gears if war ultimate edition in mid November if not earlier and I still haven't received my promotional codes for the other gears games, thank you for your time. I played it in time to qualify for the codes yet I still haven't
received them

hi I brought and played gears of war ultimate edition in Novembe/December and am yet to receive my code for gears of war 2 I have gears of war 3 installed but still no code for gears of war 2

 

Gears of war vs Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Is there any differences between Gears of War Xbox 360 version compared to Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the Xbox One? Because I just got my codes for gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement from microsoft for playing the gears of war ultimate edition and was wonder do I really need the 360 version of gears of war on my x1 since I done own the ultimate edition for the x1?

 

I too have also not recieved my codes. Becoming a bit frustratiing

After further investigation, we've determined that both of you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

• You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
