Gears of War Ultimate Edition Redemption

Hello Xbox Team!

My name is Daniel. I am a huge fan of the system and Gears of War. The first Gears of War gave me hundreds of hours of gameplay time with my friends and some of the best gaming memories I have. So naturally, I was watching the Gears of War livestream today
and was (like many people) typing frantically to try and get one of the single use codes you were giving away. I couldn't believe my eyes when I entered in one of the codes and it said successfully redeemed. I never win anything. Since redeeming the code,
I am not able to see the game on my account. I have spoken with your support team about this and they mentioned that there is a service warning currently for content and usage. They weren't able to tell me whether or not this game was on my account and that
I should reach out to your promotional team to resolve the issue.

I could imagine you get requests like this a lot, I know how difficult it can be to tell legitimate concerns on the internet. Truly I redeemed it, I wish I had a screenshot to show you.

Anxiously waiting to hear from you! I'm not sure if i should post my code here or not, I can email it wherever you need me to!

Have not received Gears of War Ultimate Edition promotion

I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition on August 29,2015 but never received any activation/redemption codes for the downloads. My purchase info is:

Not Receiving 4 Gears of War games after played Gears of War Ultimate Edition Live

I played Gears of War Ultimate Edition on Xbox Live for some time, and no such redemption code or any notification of 4 Gears games appear in my account. Can someone inform when should I be receiving it?

 

Most likely if there was a lot of people redeeming it then the download server would be bus

You just have to wait for a less busier time

Those codes that were put up were single use codes and were first come first serve. If you do not see the game or license anywhere on your account or Xbox One console, that would indicate that the code was first redeemed by someone else.

I understand that this is disappointing and frustrating however we are unable to replace or provide alternate tokens.
