Gears of war ultimate edition promotion

So I originally bought the gears of war ultimate edition when it first came out and received the backwards compatible versions of all the gears games thanks to the promotion that y'all offered. I received my codes on 12/15/15 for the backwards compatible
games and hadn't had an issue with them. Since gears 4 is coming out in less than a month I started playing through them again. I purchased the story dlc for Gears 2 and 3 since I missed them the first time around. I played through one half of judgement, Gears
3 dlc, Gears ultimate edition and gears 2 no issue. Now when I'm trying to start gears 3 main story it says I don't own the game. I contacted customer service and she said she can clearly see where I got all the other gears on the same day but it's not showing
gears 3. Her solution (Rachel G Microsoft answer tech) was for me to post here and ask to be resupplied with another code for the gears 3 game since it didn't give me entitlement the first time. Like I said I've already played it before with no issues. Please
help I wanna finish the storyline before gears 4 comes out. I'm getting the new gears Xbox one s and want to be ready on the 7th

Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

No mam it's just my wife and I and they checked her account. I redeemed them all at the same time and was able to play it up till a few days ago. It's just all of the sudden this issue came up

Unfortunately we don't have any replacement codes to provide for Gears of War 3. Have any friends ever used your Xbox One? It sounds like Gears of War 3 may have at one time been tied to another profile that had set your Xbox One as it's Home profile. It's
possible that recently the profile switched it's Home console to a different Xbox One preventing you from accessing Gears of War 3.

 

The only Xbox that would of been would of been my wife's. So that's not a possibility either considering every other game works other than gears of war 3. I downloaded everyone of them at the same time. For some reason on Yalls end it has taking away my
ability to play it and it's very aggrivationg that y'all want to continue to blame me without actually paying attention to what in saying. I've been able to play it the whole time until a few days ago. I downloaded all the backwards compatible gears games
AT THE SAME TIME. One can't magically attach to another profile and the other three not. How is that possible. So something had to glich on Yalls end to take my "entitlement" away. If you can't help me any further please provide me with a higher up sources
that can do something other than blame me. Thanks

There is another process however you will just have to wait for the call

That department is also someone who you cant call they call you

They can't do anything about redeemed codes they are all unique

Only option is to find the profile which redeemed it

 

Well I have found the profile that redeemed it...it was mine. I'm not even asking for another code at this point I just bought it since I have lost faith that this will get fixed. I just want it explained to me how it just got taken away from me. It can
be only one of two profiles and neither have the rights to the game yet I played it for a year. That's what doesn't make sense. Instead of constantly blaming me that I did something wrong , which I didn't, give me the benefit of the doubt and look into it.
I've been a loyal Xbox member since the beginning and have contacted customer service like three times. I'm not dumb when it comes to how all this works trust me. That's why this is bugging me. What is upsetting is that I'm basically being treated like I'm
trying to steal a 20 dollar game that was already given to me and now taken back away.
