Gears of War Ultimate Edition Promotion

I purchased the gears of war ultimate edition last year within the promotion period but never received a download code and the games didn't pop up in my download queue. I tried to resolve the issue prior to the promotional period ending and called xbox
support and was advised that I would have a code emailed to me but it could take up to two months. After waiting I called Xbox support again and was told that if I found the games I wanted through the live store it would let me download them for free (this
was not the case). I called xbox support a third time and after having the support member fumble through forums with me on the phone trying to find an answer for an hour I was disconnected and didn't receive a call back from them (even though they asked for
my call back number at the beginning of our conversation). I didn't have time that day to call and wait for another hour on the phone to get to that point again. Finally, on my fourth attempt to resolve this issue I was told by the xbox live support staff
member to post on this forum and that this step would finally get this matter resolved. I never thought that it would take so much effort to receive what was promised to me through this promotion. I hope that I can finally get some help on this that results
in me receiving what was promised.

Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).

Are you referring to the promotion last year for the Gears of War Ultimate Edition or for the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition?

Please disregard this request. Apparently the codes were actually waiting for me in my profile messages on the website. I happened to randomly find them after posting this message. Since I never access my profile through the website and in all my phone
calls no one told me that they could be sent this way I didn't know to look for them. Thank you.
