    Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion


    Purchased XBOX 1 Gears of War Ultimate Edition on the afternoon of December 31, 2015. Set up and played the game. I have an achievement unlocked showing that I played the game prior to midnight on 12/31/2015. It is my understanding that this action fulfills
    your requirement to receive the tokens for the complete backwards compatibility collection of Gears of War games for Xbox 360. As of 1/26/2016, I have not received any tokens. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in solving this matter. My Gamertag is

    Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

    I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).
