    I was directed here from Microsoft Support. Here is a reference number to my case.
    [Mod Removed]. I pre-ordered Gears of War:Ultimate Edition back in August. During this time, Microsoft offered a promotion for either a $10 Microsoft Gift Card or 15,000 reward points. It has been two months and I have received neither. I know that
    I am only entitled to one or the other and I do not expect to receive both. Please help.

    Didn't receive my Gears of War Ultimate Edition character promo bonus!!

    Microsoft had a promo going on that if you pre ordered Gears of War 4 on the xbox marketplace, you would also receive all the charactersfrom the Ultimate Edition remaster gears of war within 7-10 days. It has been 13 days since I have pre ordered Gears of
    war 4 and I haven't received my character code for the Ultimate Edition. Please help!!

    I pre-order and the Pack of characters of Gears of War Ultimate Edition can't be downloaded :/

    If this is part of the Xbox Rewards program (it sounds like it is from the 15,000 rewards points), then you need to make a new post here as they have a specialist team who answers all Xbox Rewards questions.
