Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Online token Codes.

3 out of my 4 token codes to download Gears of War, 2, 3 & judgment didnt work. Only the Gears of War 2 worked just fine. When itry to redem the other codes i get an error with the message "Something went wrong" and nothing else. I had a chat with costumer
servide or support and they said i had to post here to get an answer.

Gears of War Xbox 360 game downloads

I purchased Gears of War: Ultimate Edition at the time of its release and I played online and the story mode before the deadline to be eligible for the free download tokens but at this point I have only received the Gears of War 3 token and not Gears 2 or
Judgement. I was hoping that the codes I haven't received could be sent to me.

I purchased the gears of war ultimate edition when it came out. I have only received gears of war 3 token and Gears of War Judgment token. I'm missing gears of war 2 token. I received the tokens by console messaging. I would like my gears of war 2 TOKEN
PLEASE.

 

Anyone has any idea of why this error happends?.

My Xbox one region is the same as my phisical location, as well as the billing addres from payment methods. So its nothing to do with these.. i Don´t know what else to do to solve this. Please Help.

 

I did not receive any token codes... I received the game at launch... HELP!!!

I contact the phone service as you advise me have it but they tell me I should post my problem on the Xbox forums and an agent to go take care of my problem.

I repeat I have still not received the game Gears of War Ultimate supply Gamerscore France Micromania as well yet my friend used my coupon code (+ ABNQ88U ) .

Now help me , thank you honor your contract.

 

What is going on? not even a single answer from the official team. I am frustrated and mas, dont know what else to do.
