Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Not working due to License issues.

You must go to START and go to SETTINGS then click on UPDATE AND SECURITY.

After that go to (click) VIEW UPDATE HISTORY and on the top left in blue font and click the words "Uninstall Updates".

A window should pop up and find "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4550945)" double click that and uninstall.

**DO NOT UPDATE WINDOWS UNTIL THEY HAVE ANOTHER UPDATE THAT FIXES WHAT KB4550945 DID**

This should work if not, hope that Microsoft fixes this ASAP.

But my license is active and the error has existed since the last Windows update.
Can someone give me a solution?

Similar problem with "Rise of Tomb Raider". "Gears Tactics" is going well.
So the license has to work.

Yes, I went to my account profile checked my purchases and it is there with the order details.

from what I have read yes. Have you tried to check your purchases on your account and see if its showing there 🤔
