gears of war ultimate edition no codes for other editions

Codes fine but 1st edition keeps loading last editions gameplay

Bought the Xbox one gears of war ultimate edition bundle, received the codes which have worked fine, now have gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, gears of war judgement and gears of war ultimate edition.

Originally started playing the ultimate edition before receiving our codes.

Today have tried to play the first, 360 edition, of gears of war and the original menu etc for that game is loaded but when selecting to play campaign the gameplay for ultimate edition is loaded not the gameplay for the original version edition - can't work
out why it is doing this

 

my code isnt working

i got gears of war ultimate edition and i got the codes for the other gears but my gears of war 3 code isnt working

 

I have not received my codes yet either. Help please.

 

Purchased the Gears of War Ultimate Xbox One Bundle on December 21st. I have played the game a couple times both solo and multiplayer in the month of December (have the achievements to prove it)

Just wondering when the codes are going to be sent.

I actually just got my Xbone yesterday and the Microsoft store representative told me that the game came with all the past GoW games as well. However it wasn't until today that I learned they were only doing that until yesterday. Did I make the threshold
or am I SOL?

It's been 20 days since I bought and first played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition game on my Xbox one. I bought it knowing that if I played it before December 31th, I would receive the codes for Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgment by xbox one message, that
was basically one of the mains reasons I got interested in the game in ther first place.

I read that they are being sent by batches, but it has been more than 20 days and my codes still haven't been sent. I'm posting here becouse a few days ago I spoke to a costumer support person, who told me to post my case here, as the Gears of War team would
probably solve it, and that's what I'm doing. I'm just a little bit worried as december has ended, and the promotion should be done by now.

I just hope soemone can help me here, and that my codes are sent soon, as I really want to play the games.

I would not have bought the game if no code released.

 

i got no code after i complet the solo campain and also i played the multiplayer. i talk the support. he told me to post here. i hope some1 gona help soon as possible. thanks.
