    Gears of War Ultimate Edition missing in Xbox box


    I baught from walmart "Xbox One 500GB Gears of War Ultimate Edition Console Bundle"

    and there is one big problem - I got the package without the paper with the codes to download this game.

    I checked with walmart and they said that I need to return it for a refund because it's out of stock,

    I don't want to return my xbox, just to get what I paid for.

    After contact with Microsoft chat support they said to me that I need to post here for help.

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
