Gears of war ultimate edition low fps

I just bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition for PC today myself and my average frame rate is 45 fps. Below are my specs.

AMD Ryzen 7 1700

EVGA RTX 2060 Super 8Gb

ASRock AB350 Pro 4 MB

Gskill DDR4 2400

Microsoft Windows 10 Home

I have tried lowering varies settings to no avail, I get the same result no matter what. All drivers are up to date, windows is up to date as far as I can tell. I have searched the internet and apparently this is a known issue with the game however nobody
has found any fixes for it that I can see. While the game is playable it should be running far better than what it is. I also noticed some stuttering as well. Please help.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Those are definitely some good specs, there shouldn't be much of any frame rate issues going on. If you would like to check for any further troubleshooting, go ahead and let us know everything you have already
tried. We'll try to fill in the blanks.

I would recommend reporting this issue through the windows feedback hub as well. If the Operating system is to blame here, then this is where you would report it :

1. Press the Start button, then choose Feedback Hub from the list of apps, or type
   feedback in the box then select Feedback Hub.
2. In Home, choose Report a problem.
3. Fill out the Summarize your feedback and Explain in more detail (optional) sections. The best way to do this is to answer these questions:
   • What is the problem or unexpected behavior?
   • What steps did you take to encounter the problem?
   • What additional software, hardware, or accessories were you using when you encountered the problem?
   • Were there any specific error codes or messages you saw when you encountered the problem or behavior? If so, what was the specific error code or message?
4. Leave your feedback, then follow the prompts. If you’re able to show us the problem, make sure to include any screenshots as well.
5. When you’re done, press Submit.

metro exodus, raytracing, 1080p 120fps

gears 1! 45fps. HELLO?!?!?!?!?!

not bad specs at all my friend. should be able to play the game
