Gears of war Ultimate Edition/Forza 6 bundle - have not received backwards compatible codes

Hi,

I purchased the above bundle a couple of weeks ago on the marketplace and I have still not received my codes, xbox support advised that I should of received them by now and to post here.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition backwards compatible games

I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition and have not received codes to redeem backwards compatible Gears of War 2,3, and Judgement.

 

Gears of War Bundle - Did Not Receive Codes

I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition from the Microsoft Store on November 26th, 2015 and haven't received my Gears of War Backwards Compatability Bundle Codes.

We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes by early January!
Keep in mind purchasing does not promise eligibility, rather launching and playing Gears of War: Ultimate Edition does.
