    Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for Windows Issues getting the game


    So I have a MSI laptop with an Windows 10 home 64,a Intel i7 4710 with an Nvidia 970, but also integrated Intel graphics. As soon as I saw this game was on sale I jumped on to the store, purchased it and was unable to download. The error I was getting was
    "Try the download again Something happened on our side". So I verified all my windows updates were complete and also updated to the latest Nvidia drivers then rebooted my machine. Now the page doesn't show the install button any more. It's a grayed out 29.99
    and above it is "(!) This app is not compatible with this device".

    As much as I want to own this game on PC if you had a refund policy I would have just sent it back, but now I paid for a game that isn't compatible with the machine I was planning on using it on. I can't find a place to submit an official ticket so I came
    to this forum hoping someone can help.

    Haven't Received my Gears of War Tittles [Case Number: 1329779245]

    I bought Gears of War Ultimate Edition during the promotion and havent received my titles. (Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, Gears of War Ultimate Edition for Windows 10).
