Gears of war ultimate edition didn't get codes

hi I bought gears of war ultimate edition and didn't get the codes for the Xbox 360 games Xbox support told me to come here to get the codes please help me thank you

I didn't get a Gears Of War 4 beta even though I played Gears of War Ultimate Edition. Can I please have a code sent to me?
