Gears of War Ultimate Edition codes

Hi

I've been talking to Microsoft Support (Ref# [mod removed]) and they've pointed me here, I purchased GOW UE from the microsoft store (Order#
[mod removed]) within the promo period (27/12) but unexpectedly got sent game disc which didn't turn up until January which meant I couldn't go online and play the game in order to be elegible for the game codes. Is there something you can
do under the circumstances?

Gears of war vs Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Is there any differences between Gears of War Xbox 360 version compared to Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the Xbox One? Because I just got my codes for gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement from microsoft for playing the gears of war ultimate edition and was wonder do I really need the 360 version of gears of war on my x1 since I done own the ultimate edition for the x1?

 

Codes fine but 1st edition keeps loading last editions gameplay

Bought the Xbox one gears of war ultimate edition bundle, received the codes which have worked fine, now have gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, gears of war judgement and gears of war ultimate edition.

Originally started playing the ultimate edition before receiving our codes.

Today have tried to play the first, 360 edition, of gears of war and the original menu etc for that game is loaded but when selecting to play campaign the gameplay for ultimate edition is loaded not the gameplay for the original version edition - can't work
out why it is doing this

I would like to think since not been able to play the game wasn't my fault Microsoft would have a little bit of understanding in this matter and make good, I was expecting the game to be downloaded not posted to me even then the posting took ages. I wouldn't
have purchased this game if I was aware it was going to be posted and prevent me from being able to get the other games as advertised.

Are Microsoft seriously saying that even though I made best efforts to do meet the requirements they will do nothing in this situation?
