Gears of War Ultimate Edition Bonus game codes

I am posting after contacting support about the free Gears 2, 3 and judgement with purchase and play of Ultimate Edition. I bought 2 physical copies at release and played and for a while and traded them but rebought digital recently to prepare for Gears
4 but never got any codes and if I look at them in the store it wants me to purchase. Please help my reference # from chat is: 1355964201

I purchase the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition 2TB. The codes where in the console was 2: Gears of War Ultimate Edition and bonus items.

 

From the official sire for Gears of War 4 -

"Physical copies of the game will come with codes for each of the four titles to download via Xbox Live. For those who purchase digitally, your codes will be sent via Xbox Live message – we’ll be sharing more information on digital distribution closer to
launch."
