Bought the game last black friday from bestbuy because of the following promotion:

“Gears of War: Ultimate Edition” Comes With Entire “Gears” Collection For Free - Xbox Wire

Booted the game on my Xbox One to make sure I qualified, and then forgot about it until yesterday, when I decided to replay the series.

The Games have not been added to my account and I never received any code to redeem them.

Tried to attach the proof of purchase from November 23rd, but the site won't let me upload the pdf

You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
