Gears of War Ultimate Ed; Never received codes

Hello fellow earthlings,

I bought GoW Ultimate Edition on 8/26/15 but never received my codes for my Gears of War games. I've tried looking for them in the store thinking it would show I owned them since I've had the game since it released but that's not the case. I came to find out
that my xbox account was still set to an old inactive email even though I'd put my main email on my account. I got my account fixed today and wanted to know if there was a way to receive the codes I should have gotten to my email that is now on my Xbox account.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition

At Christmas I received a 500GB Xbox that included the Gears of War Ultimate Ed. I put in the code and received GoW Judgment. I never received the previous games and never thought about the missing content until recently when a few friends started
playing GoW one and I asked when did they get it and they said it came with the ultimate edition. I said I only received Judgment and they said that is weird. I only received judgment and none of the previous games.

Havent received my 3 codes for gears of war 2 and 3 for xbox 360 after playing Gears of war ultimate edition for xbox one

After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.

If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
Live Countries page.

If you are under the age of 17 or have set your birth date incorrectly on your account (Example: December 12th 1899), you will not qualify for this offer. Your account must be set up correctly to reflect your accurate birth date. To check the birth

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6

I have not received my code either for gears of war ultimate edition. I bought the Xbox entered my code on the website specified but never got an email with the code to redeem the game..... any help would be appreciated.
