    Gears of War UE: Lost Gears 1, 2, 3, J redemption code messages


    Hi there,

    I bought Gears of War UE around October of last year, along with my new XBone. I remember being sent the redemption codes for Gears 1, 2, 3 and Judgement, but I've accidentally deleted the messages.

    Is there any hope of recovering these redemption codes, or are they just lost forever? I've spoken with a representative on the support chat system, and they've referred me here for further investigation.

    Gears of War 1,2,3, Judgement codes from 4 pre-order are Duplicates.

    I was messaged my download codes for Gears of War 1,2,3 and Judgment on xbox for my pre-order of 4. They were sent in 2 messages with 2 codes each but the 2 codes in each message were identical. I could only download Gears 1 and Gears 3.

    The first message was supposed to have both Gears of War 1 and 2, but had two of the same codes for Gears 1

    the second message was supposed to have both Gears of War 3 and Judgement, but only had duplicate codes for Gears 3
