Gears of War: UE Haven't received Gears Collection codes

I have still not received the codes for any of the 4 games. I purchased and played the game before the cutoff date I have contacted support multiple times last time was today. This is ridiculous how many hoops I've had to jump through to get something I
have payed for. I am posting again hoping to receive my codes like I was told by support I would. If I don't I will be taking the matter to Consumer Affairs.

Has anyone received codes for Gears of War Collection with your Gears of War 4 Pre-Order?

I haven't received my codes for Gears of War Collection as stated with the Gears of War Ultimate Edition Purchase

 

Hello there!

You will receive the codes once they are starting to get sent out, make sure you keep checking your Xbox Messages and Email boxes (Including the Junk/Spam box)

UPDATE** 1/8/2016

All codes have gone out to all players who played before 12/31/2015. If you did not receive any codes and have played before 12/31/15, please visit the Support Forum link below and make a post on the GamerTag affected. They can look into it and deliver codes
to you. Thanks

Explain this then...

The devs say all codes have gone out yet I don't have mine and no one can give me a straight answer at Microsoft. Each time I speak with someone they push the problem onto someone else.

 

Lol *** is this what I have to look forward too? I'm in the same boat as the OP and was sent to this forum by microsoft support ffs

After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

• You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
