Gears of War:UE, game codes for 2,3, Judgement still not received.

Hello,

From what I understand all of the codes were supposed to be sent out by the end of December and I still havent received mine. Are they still doing the 'waves of tokens', and if not is there any way I can receive the codes?

Gears of War Ultimate Edition: Have not received the codes for Gear 2, 3 & Redemption.

I got digital download Gears of War Ultimate edition and still have not received my codes for Gears 2,3 and Judgement. Chat support suggested I post it here.

I purchased Gears of War Ultimate edition in August of 2015 and still did not received my codes for Gears 2,3 and Judgement. Codes were never sent via email or xbox one messages.Thank you.
