Gears of War UE - 2015 GoW Collection offer

Hi guys,

Remember back last year, there was an offer where if you bought the Gears of War Ultimate Edition and played the game before December 31st while connected to XBOX Live, you would get a redemption token for Gears of War 2,3 and Judgement? Well, I last played
the game on December 29th, 2015, and I don't seem to recall getting one of these tokens. Also doesn't seem like I have access to those games, so I'm pretty sure I never got around to redeeming any such token.

What's up with that? Is there a way for me to check?

You had to meet ocnditions

One you had to be an adult account (not a privacy settings but the legal age on your account and no that cannot be chsnged

Also two you had to live in an xbox live region except for the restricted regions like Germany Japan or china

All right, well so far so good. I'm pretty sure this is an adult account, and I live in the United States so... conditions met so far?

 

You need to post on the Promotions & Special Offers on Xbox One forum. They can investigate and verify whether you met the requirements for the promotion.
