Gears of War- still haven't received all of my codes a year later

I bought gears of war ultimate edition purely as i seen this offering - “Gears of War: Ultimate Edition” Comes With Entire “Gears” Collection For Free - Xbox Wire

After a couple of months i didn't get my codes but after speaking with chat support on several occasions they assured me i would. I did get gears 1,2 and 3 codes but never received judgment. 10 months later with gears 4 coming up soon i'd remember i still
l didn't have that code. Contacted chat support again to be directed to this faceless forum.

Please can you fix this ?

Did not receive backwards compatible collection code

I bought the gears of war ultimate collection and played the game before the end of December 2015.. I've been waiting for a year for a code and haven't received one at all. I was wondering if there was any way I can still get the collection now?

I've just purchased Gears of War 4 too and haven't received a code for that yet either.

I still haven't received my download codes for the original gears of war games. I have contacted support multiple times and been told to wait for the codes to appear in my messages. It has been almost a year since the promotion and still no results. I would
very much appreciate my codes being sent to me asap as I have done all that is required I played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition before dec 31 2015. I have patiently waited for my codes to be sent out. I have contacted support in regards to this multiple times
and now I am starting to get impatient I have paid for a product and not received it almost a year later. Please reply asap!
