Gears of war redeemable code errors

Hi Support team,

I would like to escalate the issue of Gears Of War error codes, I was not able to redeem the following games with a code provided on my Gears of War 4. Below are the following games (with codes) that are not working and giving me errors. Please help asap.

-Gears of War

-Gears of War 3

-Gears of War: Judgement

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

Hi there,

please supply some additional information on what the errors exactly say, without this information there is no way to try and determine a possible cause.

Be aware that if for example the game was bought via a different region then your own this can have affect on the 360 games, since they can be regionally locked. There is no real supported way around it other then being physically in that region with an
account that is from that region

To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

Was this after you already redeemed your Gears of War 2 code? Were you able to play before after redeeming the code? Lastly, what specifically occurs when you try playing Gears of War 2 now? Is there an error code or error message you can pass us?

Could you please try redeeming your Gears of War and Gears of War 3 codes on your Xbox One console instead of your computer? If you get an error code there, please let us know and we'll look into it a bit more.
