    Hi guys,

    I purchased an Xbox One S console pack with Gears of War 4. I was told I'd get codes for free for all the Xbox 360 Gears of War titles which is great because I'm new to the series.

    Xbox Support advised me to fix this I needed to make a forum post here.

    I think Gears of War Remastered or one of the original Gears of war gams on X360 (or maybe both) will be free to promote Gears of War 4. I also think there will be a $60 complete edition bundle for Rise of the Tomb Raider to counter the 30th Anniversary on PS4. Finally, I expect a relatively new indie to round up the XBO list.

    I didnt recieve any microsoft message about the Fan Appreciation Gift Promotion, and the gears of war collection promotion. (I own All gears of war games)

    Hey there ListPrivate,

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

    If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
    games:

    • Gears of War
    • Gears of War 2*
    • Gears of War 3
    • Gears of War: Judgment




    *Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.

    These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10."
