Gears of War Promotion Codes Support - Follow Up (Codes Provided Were Invalid)

I received copies of the codes for the Gears of War Collection (from the GoW 4 promotion) from Mister Maka.

Unfortunately all four codes had already been activated and not by me. It took awhile to track these down, so for them to be invalid was disheartening.

I was wondering if my codes could be tracked down, as I believe these belonged to someone else who activated them on their account.

Hello, I contacted XBOX ONE support for invalid codes for Gears of War 2 & 4. I purchased the GOW Ultimate Edition bundle and received a working code for GOW 3 - but the codes for GOW 2 & 4 were invalid. Could I please request new codes for GOW 2 &4?

Gears of war collection codes were included with gears of war 4 not working.

when I enter the codes provided it gives me "something went wrong" and ask me to go to xbox.com/errorhelp with a error code to investigate, however when I enter the error code it gives me "Sorry! No Support articles were found" any one know why?

I don't think I will ever actually see this resolved and no one has been able to assist me.

This case of the missing codes is cursed.
