    Gears of War preorder points haven't shown up in my account


    Hi, I preordered the game on september 17th through the rewards site where I was supposed to get 5000 points for preordering the game, however those points are nowhere to be found anywhere on my account, not even as pending.

    Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition Rewards not received

    Hi,

    I purchased Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition last month (preorder). There is a promotion for 15K rewards points if preordered. I never received these points in my account.

    Hello voneahhh,

    The Credits were placed as pending in your account on September 17th, and deposited on October 12th. This credit event can be seen on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page sorted/viewed by lifetime events.
