Gears of War pre-order

    Gears of War pre-order


    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 digitally though the Xbox Live store on 10/9/16. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 10/13/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
    again on 10/15/16 and was told to "Wait 7-10 days." I am contacting again now because I either want a refund or I want the Gears of War collection that I could have gotten on day one if I had of just bought a physical copy of the game from any local retailer.

    So, according to IGN and 113% of the gaming media, Sony won E3 by a landslide. But on Amazon.uk, Xbox won the battle for pre-orders: Forza 6 is the game that saw the highest increase in pre-orders after E3, rising 1005%.

    Between the games that were announced at E3, Rare Replay and Gears of War Ultimate Edition are the #1 and #2 most pre-ordered games. Horizon Zero Dawn is Sony's most pre-ordered newly announced exclusive at #8.

    Didn't receive my Gears of War Ultimate Edition character promo bonus!!

    Codes for this specific promotion are not sent within 7-10 days, however pre-order customers can expect to receive their codes closer to the release of Gears of War 4. You can find this information over at the official

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
