gears of war on xbox one

I think that if they do a remake of GoW it should be a trilogy edition like they did with metroid prime on the wii. And add all the guns from gow 3 to gow1, but not the ones from judgment. I do not count that as a gow game, just a failed prequel not made
by the true makers of the Gears of War franchise.

Gears of war vs Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Is there any differences between Gears of War Xbox 360 version compared to Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the Xbox One? Because I just got my codes for gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement from microsoft for playing the gears of war ultimate edition and was wonder do I really need the 360 version of gears of war on my x1 since I done own the ultimate edition for the x1?

As much as the gears trilogy are 3 of my all time greats,along with unreal...im hoping epic give us something new,I would be surprised seeing any remakes of marcus chainsawing through life.

 

lol I was never a huge fan of GoW but today I did catch myself thinking about how I'd love to be curb-stomping someone..

 

With AC4 & TR definative addition looking so good it would be neat to see GOW remake.

 

I would rather a new GoW game.

 

GoW full 1080P 60 fps would be so nice.

 

The hope of a new Gears is the only reason I got a Xbox one before a ps4. IMO gears is as important to Xbox as halo is and I'll be pretty disappointed if we don't get a gears on Xbox one. I know ms doesn't own the rights but I feel its as much Xbox as
halo is. Gears series was the reason I kept coming back to Xbox even after my 4th, 8th, and 11th fat 360 died without gears I would of just gave up.

 

i would love a new Gears game i gave up on judgment a long time ago, been playing a lot of Gears 3 until Titanfall drops.

hopefully if a new gears game is made it's 100 times better than judgment

 

I felt like Judgment was a dlc more than a new game. They re-hashed a lot from Gears 3. I would like to see something new from epic.

 

A new Gears in the style of the original 3 would be my biggest game for Xbox. I'd also be very happy with a remake while I wait

I'm not saying remakes won't be good/fun, a few I haven't played myself but we started to see a trend of HD remakes for 360/PS3, hope these next gen consoles see more "new" games and not more and more older games with better visuals.

In 8 years of owning an Xbox 360, I've had 3, the last being a Slim that I still own and runs perfectly. But I wanted another upgrade so YAY! Xbox ONE!

 

I totally get the want for remake and how it would be at 60fps and even more so 1080,but lets look at the story line of gears,the one thing that was never covered was the pendulum wars,why this was overseen I dont know,it could lead to a new era of gears
as long as epic was behind it,I just cant see a remake coming though,they have been so quiet with the next gen arriving,what ever they are gonna do,its gonna be awesome.

Still want NEW though,we all are at present bar ryse still playing nothing new.every xb1 game out now bar most of the arcade games,, basically has been done or is in the same catagory of predosessors.
