Gears of war legacy games codes

hello so i bought the gears of war 2tb limited edition xbox one s on the 13th of october, and have still not received my game codes for the legacy games( gears 1,2,3, judgement) i was told i would receive these codes within 30 days of redeeming gears of
war 4 ultimate edition, is there any resolution to get the codes? i got in contact with live chat and they told me to post it here. thanks
