pessoal eu consegui resolver assim: exclui tudo que eu tinha relacionado ao gears of war no meu HD, exclui os apps e coloquei para baixar de volta, e deu certo, acho q estava em cache um inicio de download e ele sempre continuava, nao sei se é, mas depois
que exclui tudo relacionado a GoW ele deu certo, Obrigado pela ajuda
