Gears of War Judgment Games With Gold

I'm an xbox live gold member of 10+ years but when i go to xbox.com to "purchase" Gears of War Judgment it keeps telling me it is $19.99. It has been doing this all week for me. I was under the impression Games with Gold are free. Last month I went to xbox.com
and got Bioshock Infinite for free and it told me it would be queued up to download the next time i sign onto my 360 (i am on a long absence from my home). When i go to try to purchase Gow Judgment it acts as if i am not a Gold member. Any help would be appreciated
as I have one more day until the offer ends.

I have a problem with downloading the game gears of war Judgment (games with gold). After that start to download the game, download it remains at 0% and after a while it appears that the notification says that it is impossible to download gears of war Judgment

When using xbox.com does the website location match your actual location or the region of your console?

If you look in the very bottom left corner it will tell you the location you are viewing, click it to change it if its wrong.

If that doesn`t work calling support is your best option with you only having one day left.

 

thank you for the advice, i actually ended up chatting support and they "refreshed" my account and it worked. not exactly sure what that entailed but i'm good now you just beat me to posting it here. thanks again!
