You can also check the Road to Gears 5 webpage, it will show your progress for all challenges. If it doesn't show up there, that's when you'd need to reach out to the developer for input on what to do.

Try resetting your console or try a fresh reinstall of the game. To hard reset our console hold the power button in for 10 seconds and then disconnect from the mains for 60 seconds and reboot. You wont lose any data or games.

You have some other account for make some test, for exemple account of your Brother, or Sister?
