Gears of War download code missing

Hi, I own Gears of war on my Xbox 360 console and it says that it also came with the Xbox One copy as well, but when I open my Xbox One games app it does not show up for download. I have contacted Xbox support already and they asked me to include this incident
number along with my post: [Mod Removed] . I appreciate any help with this matter. Thanks in advance.

missing codes for gears of war 3 from the ultimate edition promo.

I'm Missing my code to download the gears of war 3 from my ultimate edition promo. i received the gears 1 and gears 2 download codes but i never received the gears 3 code and wanted to know why since it was suppose to be part of the GUE promo. Thanks

I am missing gears of war 3 and judgement download codes. I bought gears of war ultimate edition that comes with all the gears games. I got the gears of war 1 and 2 code but never got the other two.

Just to clarify, are you unable to see Gears of War in your Ready to Install section on your Xbox One? If so, I recommend first, making sure that you have your console region set to the region that you are physically located in. Once you have made sure that
your region is set correctly, check to see if you are able to see Gears of War in the Ready to Install section. If you are still unable to see it, verify that you have previously purchased Gears of War in your

It was a gears of war judgement code. I also had a full set of codes for all gears game as I got them from gears UE and gears of war 4.
