Gears of War Collection

Hi, I was directed here by Microsoft support as the official way to request support for promotional code support?

I purchased the Gears of War Ultimate edition digitally on the Xbox One store on 8/4/2015. As part of the promotion I was supposed to receive the Gears of War Collection (GoW 1, 2, 3, Judgement) from Xbox 360 when they were backwards compatible. I never
tried downloading them until recently when I got the new 2TB Xbox One. My original Xbox One was too full.

Now that I have space available and wanted to download them to play through in preparation of GoW4, they do not show up on my account, nor were there any messages via Xbox or email with codes for them? Xbox Support indicated they likely should have been
codes that would have been sent to me rather than just activating them on my account. And that for help with this I should post in this forum.

Would you want a Gears of War collection?

Will you buy if Microsoft plans a Gears of War Collection with remastered visuals and all DLCs included similar to the Master Chief Collection? Personally, I'll buy it because I love the Gears of War series but only the trilogy. It'd be better if there's Judgment included too but that's not a necessity.

If you play the Ultimate Edition before the end of this year, you'll have access to the whole Gears collection for free on Xbox One.
