    Gears of War Collection - Xbox One - Gears 4 redeem codes not working


    Okay So I basically get this error

    "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been reordered and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

    So I tried last night and now again. Nothing. I also forgot whats the support chat directly link or how to go about.

    I got the codes with my Gears of War 4 purchase.



    Anyone know what i should do or if you know the link to MS support for this (Direct chat with them not the ambassador ..it just holds me in que for a long time)

    code 1 and 3 not working

    I got the 4 codes for the Gears of War collection that came free from purchasing Xbox One S 1TB Gears of War 4. But Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3 codes are not working.

    Hi - was this via the console? Try via redeem code on xbox.com. This worked for someone I was helping yesterday.

    I had this issue on the console also. It is intermitant so you can keep trying and it should work however if you login on xbox.com via a pc or other device this seems to work better as murph17 above also states.

    Check xbox live status too incase there is an issue there.

    If these dont work then contact xbox support

    GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.

    Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
    information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle.
    Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.



    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
    and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.
