Gears of War Collection still not received after over a months play of GoW4

So I've bought the LE console which included the GoW4 ultimate edition code over a month ago. Activated the code and played the game like a madman.. noticed that over a month has gone by and i haven't gotten any of the codes sent to me as part of the promotion.
Contacted support and after giving me a service number, they asked of me to click onto the link they've provided - to open a post and indicate i am not receiving yet the promotion on my live messenger. So team Xbox, any help here guys? Just a little worried
as we're headed to the end of the year where the promotion will end.

Hi, I bought the Gears of War 4 console on the 8th October and still haven't received the codes for the legacy collection of games.

Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

This is what I found on Xbox Wire:

For the Gears of War collection it's seem that we will received the code within 7-10 days of purchase (See this

thread). I have buy the game on 8. oct. so I'm still waiting 4 days.

But like you I don't have GoW4 on my inventory of games on Xbox.com and I don't know why.
