Gears of War Collection promotion redeem codes disappeared

Hi,

To check the copy of your codes, you can sign in to
Xbox Message Center. After receiving the codes, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days; after which they are automatically deleted.

You can also contact Xbox Chat Support so they can check if the codes were successfully sent to your account.

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

It's not included in the nvidia promotion, but on the MS store it says "purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 before 31st December to unlock Gears 360 Collection."
