GEARS OF WAR COLLECTION FREE ....BUT REDEEM CODE NOT WORK

I ordered and purchased gears of War ultimate edition and the special edition Xbox one S. I received the codes this week but the REDEEM CODE FOR GEARS OF WAR 2 360 NOT WORK. The REDEEM CODE I receive is from Xbox Live Memo Message. I try to see this memo
but there gone after activate the other GEARS OF WAR 1, 3 and JUDGEMENT DAY. I spoke with a xbox live support rep and he told me to contact the this forum .

So how to get a new code ? I hope XBOX support help me..

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

I redeemed Gears of war 4 code in 11/30/2016 and played game both single and multi.

But I don`t get free gears of war collection code from gear of war 4 promotion until now

Please give me the free gears of war collection code quickly !!

I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".

The Gears of War legacy collection is being sent out to customers via Xbox Live message within one month of redeeming your Gears of War 4 code. Source: >>Gears

If you still don't have your codes a month after redeeming your Gears of War 4 game, feel free to post a new thread and we'll take a look then.

You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.

Hey Chris -

Thanks for the link. Regarding your Gears of War legacy collection. Once you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that came with your console, that will trigger the system to put you in queue to receive your codes for the legacy collection. The physical copy
of Fallout 4, however, is something we do not have any further information on and that would be up to GameStop to fulfill.

Hopefully that helps clarify a bit.
