    I know a lot of people have this issue, but microsoft support suggested that I post this on the forum.

    I purchased the game on October 22, and I still haven't received the codes yet. I checked everything else and I should be able to receive them so I'm wondering if anyone knows what's going on?

    I redeemed Gears of war 4 code in 11/30/2016 and played game both single and multi.

    But I don`t get free gears of war collection code from gear of war 4 promotion until now

    have you met the conditions?

    Play online and have a gold membership

    Also not in China or japan or non adult account if you have parental settings then you are a child account and can't change it till you turn 18
