Gears of War collection codes

I purchased the XBOX ONE S GEARS OF WAR 4 LE BUNDLE and didn't receive the codes for the XBOX 360 gears of war collection. I posted about this almost 2 weeks ago and the response I received was if I didn't receive the codes 7-10 days after downloading GEARS
OF WAR 4 then to create another thread. Well it's been like 14 days and I still have received the codes. Do I need to contact xbox support again??

I redeemed Gears of war 4 code in 11/30/2016 and played game both single and multi.

But I don`t get free gears of war collection code from gear of war 4 promotion until now

Please give me the free gears of war collection code quickly !!

If you purachsed the Xbox One S Gears 4 console the codes for the other gears games should be in the box i believe. If not other people that are buying Gears 4 from the store will have there codes sent to them with in 1 month of starting to play Gears 4.

Hey Paul1708, I agree the codes should have been included in the box, but it wasn't. This is ridiculous because they told me it should be 7-10 days now it's "within a month"? What's the point of pre-ordering anything if they don't supply everything when
it's released let alone have EVERYTHING included in the package??

Paul has the right answer with this one. The reason the codes aren't in the box is this is what we would call a "timed promotion" basically since the promotion goes until the end of the calendar year, it allows for the codes to be sent at any given time.
Sorry for any confusion with this. To clarify, if you're not seeing the codes after the 30 days have past since playing Gears of War 4, please post a new thread so that we can take a closer look at this situation with you.
