Gears of war collection codes have not received yet

I have not received my collection codes for gears of war I purchased my system on October 6 and redeemed code on the 7th

I played gears ultimate and have not received the xbox360 collections code yet...

I await an urgent explanation!

 

if it's not the ultimate you must wait until the 11th if it hasn't shown up them repost if it is the ultimate please wait for support
