Gears of War collection and $10 Microsoft Store gift code

I purchased Gears of War 4 and I have not received the Gears of War Collection codes and the $10 Microsoft Store gift code. How do I go about getting these?

Not received Store Gift Codes for Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered Gears of War 4 and Mafia III both came with $10 Microsoft Store Gift Codes from the store online. Have not received the codes as of yet for either.

 

10+10$ Store Gift Code Didnt Send To Me

I purchased two game on microsoftstore.com on 3 and 4 october. they are gears of war 4 download code+10$ store gift code. Store gift code is promotion near the gers of war 4 download code. So its free. In the mail you say " 10$ store gift code will send
you 10 business day after game released" but codes did not reach me. Today is 16.business day.

 

Support will get back to you about the codes, but you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com for the gift code since that offer was through them. The code should be emailed about 10 business days after the game shipped. Keep in mind
that if you are a Rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code.

 

Good luck with the MS Store. I've just been told to write a letter to the USA for my complaint!

 

Hey, Nick! Smwutches is correct about the Microsoft Store purchases. You will need to reach out to the
Microsoft Store Support for the $10 credit. We are unable to assist with those promotions here on the Xbox Forums. Additionally, the Gears Collection
for Xbox 360 is sent out within a month of ordering or redeeming a token for Gears 4. If it hits a month and you still don't have it, please post up a new thread so we can assist you further. Thanks for understanding!
