Gears of War codes not redeeming

I got my Gears of War codes (4 of them) in a message a couple of weeks ago, I'm trying to redeem them but keep getting an error. I tried entering an error code at xbox.com/errorhelp but it doesn't recognize the code.

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

What error 8015017?

If so then it's easy match your account region to your actual region

If you don't live in an xbox live region you can not redeem gears 1 and 3

If any other error please list it

 

If 8015017 first you must change your console locale to your actual region then change your website region under accounts and change my region

Changing the locale on the website only changes the language you see not the region of the account

There is no error code, the message just says something went wrong go to xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the code but the only thing on the screen is the long offer code. I tried syncing my location on the wbesite and the xbox but it hasn't solved it.

 

It's not the websites you need to sync it with

It is your accountlocation to your actual locatiom

You needed to go to account settings on this Web site and use the region migration tool
