gears of war codes dissapear

i got notification of gears codes but i only got gears of war3 and the other codes dissapear please help(()

Gears of war vs Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Is there any differences between Gears of War Xbox 360 version compared to Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the Xbox One? Because I just got my codes for gears of war, gears of war 2, gears of war 3, and gears of war judgement from microsoft for playing the gears of war ultimate edition and was wonder do I really need the 360 version of gears of war on my x1 since I done own the ultimate edition for the x1?

When did you purchase Gears of War 4? This promotion ended on 12/31/2016 and any purchases made after that date would not qualify. You can check your purchase history over on
Microsoft Commerce.

 

i ordered it in october 2016 and i saw the notification now but when i download gears 3 the notification dissapeared

 

my relative bought the xbox 2tb gears of war 4. is it possible to send him the codes instead? his account user is SUPER HAILE u can check his payment history too because he ordered it
