Gears of War 2 Redeem Code doesn't work!

I got my gears promotion codes but the Gears of War 2 code doesn't work. It calms to be redeemed when I never redeemed it. It's not even in my game apps

 

Warthog not showing up in Game or Manage Content

I redeemed the code I got for the warthog, but it is not showing up on my xbox.com account nor is it showing up on thee manage game screen to download. I redeemed the code on my console using the "Redeem code" function.

Can you elaborate a bit for us? Which code are you talking about? Did you see any error messages or error codes you can post for us?

I bought a Xbox one S 2tb, Gears of War edition, it includes a code with the game, but when I tried to change it in the store, the textbox where I had to write the code never showed, so I had 2 conversations with the support people, the first asked me the
code and she said it was ok, and she said that the page has problems, but then I went in the house of a friend of mine and the textbox showed, I tried to redeemed the code but it said that the code has be redeemed, and I never redeemed anything, my boyfriend
he bought the same edition, and he didn't have that problem.

In the 2nd conversation the support guy he told me that I should write this post, for more help.
