Gears of War Code not working

Hi,

After purchasing Gears of War Edition of the Xbox One S I received codes for the 360 Gears of War games via xbox live message.

The codes worked very well, except the ones for Gears of War. I already created an SR (SRX1359634484ID), but the Problem is still unsolved.

I juust received new codes, but GoW1 won't redeem.

I tried all ways: One console ("Code not found"), 360 Console ("Code invalid"), Windows 10 Xbox App and Edge-Browser ("Something went wrong")

Can you please help?

got all the codes of the Gears of War games, but my Gears of War 3 code isn't working. replacement code not working either.

First, please make sure the region of your account matches your physical location. Cross-region accounts aren't supported and it's possible the game is not available in your region.

Also, if you haven't already, please try to redeem the code here on Xbox.com instead. Let us know what's up
