Gears of War Beta Issue

I have Receive both of the Code. I had Entered the Beta access code onto my xbox before recieving and puting in my Pre-download beta for Gears of War Ultimate Edition. i Tried to access the beta multiple times, unforutnatly all the times I've tried to play
the game it would say "Sorry, You are not authorized to play Gears of Wars: Ultimate Edition Beta" i have recently called xbox customer support they had refered me to this forum and told me i have both licenses for the beta. but it is not allowing me to access
the game.

Yeah....same problem: got the code and redeemed it but see no location to download the game from.

Help!!! I've recived my codes downloaded the game and it says activation code has been used, rang xbox and they were no help at all, please help

 

I have the same problem, both codes entered but it says I'm not authorised to play it!

Any ideas please?

 

Just found that the pass code was used but haddent downloaded, now sorted

 

Did you just redeem the code? Or did you redeem AND download the beta pass dlc? As said above you need to download it, just go to the beta on 'My Games and Apps' and click 'Manage' and it'll appears on the 'Ready to install' tab.
