gears of war banning for no reason

I have been back and forth between Microsoft and epic about my gears of war 3 in game account . I have always been on good standing with my account. I never done anything wrong. if you look at my account over all you will see that I am an honest
person. I let a friend use my account to play gears of war 3 years ago when it had first came out and also borrow my disc. when I got my game back as well as my account, I had noticed my disc was damaged and that I couldn't play online with my friends in gears
of war 3. I had found out that he had modded my gears account and I was banned from gears 3 for it. all the money I spent on gears 3 content was now wasted due to this. I feel this is not fair to me. I no longer am in contact with this person. I have for weeks
been back and forth between Microsoft and epic trying to figure out who can help me get this resolved and no one is helping me. I am now being told to come to you to see about getting this fixed. I am begging you to please look into this. I really would like
to be able to play gears with my friends once again. I am not a rich person. I don't have the money to put out in buying gears. do whatever you need to. if you need to reset my rank then please do so. as long as I am able to play on my account again I am fine
with it. I have a resonse from flak who is from epic telling me to go to you guys regarding my in game account. here is what it says.

We do not have access to the Gears of War servers. We no longer have any control over ANY Gears of War games. I don't know how to explain it to you further. We have absolutely nothing to do with Gears of War. Everything was handed over to Microsoft. It doesn't
matter how you appeal to us, we have no control over anything Gears of War. Black Tusk has taken over development.

Gears of war banning for no reason

hello my account has been banned for quite sometime now but for reasons i do not know after i decide to prestige to past level one hundred i was banned. the content i was using was my brothers and he had it on the same xbox, i thought that was the problem
but after i bought the content my self i was still banned is there anyway to be unbanned because i really want to play again and i do not think its fair for people who play by the rules and then for some who are out there hacking to be enjoying themselves

if I read your message correctly you said your friend had modded your profile. Rather you or anyone else modified your profile/account in anyway you as the owner are responsible, with that being said it sounds like your account may have been banned from
gears of war and after the license transfer to Microsoft your account may be slipped into limbo. I wish I could be of more service but that is above me, I just wanted to write you and give you my thought on the whole thing. I hope you get it resolved so I
