Gears of war banning for no reason

hello my account has been banned for quite sometime now but for reasons i do not know after i decide to prestige to past level one hundred i was banned. the content i was using was my brothers and he had it on the same xbox, i thought that was the problem
but after i bought the content my self i was still banned is there anyway to be unbanned because i really want to play again and i do not think its fair for people who play by the rules and then for some who are out there hacking to be enjoying themselves

if I read your message correctly you said your friend had modded your profile. Rather you or anyone else modified your profile/account in anyway you as the owner are responsible, with that being said it sounds like your account may have been banned from
gears of war and after the license transfer to Microsoft your account may be slipped into limbo. I wish I could be of more service but that is above me, I just wanted to write you and give you my thought on the whole thing. I hope you get it resolved so I

i did, my brother bought the content on a different Xbox but re downloaded before i prestiged however my brothers account was banned because he glitched his level as well as everything else in the game. i myself have always hated cheating since i got mad
when he did that and would pound him for, however i let it be and thought it would cause no harm. with this information can you tell me if why i was banned and also if i can be unbanned because i really want to play again ive been playing the campaigns but
its just not the same, thank you
